About MeI am a Senior at Old Dominion University majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Leadership and should be graduating in December 2018. It has been a long journey towards obtaining a baccalaureate degree as I took a break from college after receiving an Associates degree in Accounting. Concurrently, I worked as a teller supervisor for a local bank (American Savings Bank). After receiving my Associates, I enlisted in the military (Hawaii Air National Guard) where I spent most of the time working with my active duty counterparts in the intelligence field. Unfortunately, I decided not to re-enlist as my husband got orders to Virginia and we decided to start a family. Upon graduating, I hope to get back into the government sector, whether it be in finance or intelligence, as I found both experiences to be enjoyable and rewarding. |
